This tool creates multiple HTML SELECT lists, where the selection of the first SELECT LIST will alter the second SELECT LIST. The selection of the SECOND SELECT LIST dynamically alters the THIRD, and so on for the FOURTH SELECT LIST. An example would be the COUNTRY, and then second would be the STATE, and the third would be the CITY and the fourth would be a STREET. If you want to have multiple select lists where the 2nd select list is dependent upon the first select lists's choice, then this tool is perfect for you.
This tool will automatically send the user to a specified URL when the last select list item is choosen.
